Booking & Tickets
How do I book a pub crawl with 12AM NIGHTLIFE?
You can book directly on our Booking Page. Select your date, choose your ticket, and pay securely online. You’ll receive an instant email confirmation.
Can I buy a ticket in person?
Sometimes, yes — but only if we still have space. Cash payments are accepted at the meeting point, but pre-booked guests get priority. We strongly recommend booking online to guarantee your spot.
Do you offer group discounts or custom bookings?
Absolutely. We love hosting groups! Email us at support@12amnightlife.com for custom deals, private events, or VIP bookings.
Payments & Refunds
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and sometimes cash. For details, visit our Payment Methods page.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind or miss the crawl?
We have a flexible Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you cancel within the allowed window, you’ll get your money back or a voucher.
Is my payment secure?
Yes — all transactions are encrypted and processed through Stripe or Shopify. We never store your card details.
The Crawl Experience
What’s included in the pub crawl?
Each crawl includes:
- Entry to 3–4 top bars/clubs
- Free welcome shots
- Exclusive drink deals
- Skip-the-line entry
- Fun, international group atmosphere
- 12AM NIGHTLIFE hosts guiding the night
What kind of music and crowd should I expect?
Expect a mix of commercial, reggaeton, house, and international hits — depending on the venue. The crowd is 80% Erasmus and international, 20% locals.
What time does it start and end?
We usually meet between 23:30 – 00:00. The crawl lasts until around 5:00 AM, depending on the night.
Age, ID & Entry Rules
Is there an age requirement?
Yes — you must be 18 years or older to join, as required by Spanish law. Bring valid photo ID (passport, driver’s license, etc.).
What if I forget my ID?
Unfortunately, clubs in Madrid are strict. No ID = no entry. No exceptions.
Are there dress codes?
Most clubs prefer smart-casual. Avoid beachwear, flip-flops, or athletic shorts. Dress to impress and you’ll be fine.
Safety & Accessibility
Is the crawl safe?
100% — your safety is our top priority. Our hosts are trained to manage the group, assist in emergencies, and ensure everyone gets to the final club safely. Read our Safety Guidelines for more info.
What if I feel unwell or uncomfortable during the night?
Let your host know immediately. We’re here to help — no judgment. Your safety always comes first.
Is the crawl accessible for people with disabilities?

What if I’m running late?
Contact us ASAP via WhatsApp. If you’re more than 30 minutes late, we may already be moving to the next venue, and no refunds are guaranteed.
