Refund & Cancellation Policy

We know plans can change, and we want to be as clear and fair as possible. This policy outlines how refunds, cancellations, and reschedules work for all events hosted by 12AM NIGHTLIFE, including our famous pub crawls in Madrid.
1. General Policy
All bookings are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by 12AM NIGHTLIFE. However, we do allow for limited reschedules under certain conditions.
2. If You Cancel (Guest-Initiated Cancellations)
You may request a change to your booking by emailing Support@12amnightlife.com.
Cancellations & reschedules are handled as follows:
- ❌ No-show: No refund, no reschedule.
- ❌ Cancellation less than 24 hours before event: No refund.
- ✅ Reschedule requested more than 24 hours before event: We will try to move your booking to another available date (1-time courtesy).
- ✅ Medical emergency or valid force majeure (with documentation): Contact us — partial refund or reschedule may be offered at our discretion.
3. If We Cancel or Change the Event
In rare cases, we may cancel an event due to:
- Venue closures
- Strikes, protests, or local disruptions
- Extreme weather
- Not meeting the minimum number of attendees
- Public safety concerns
If this happens, you will be offered:
- ✅ A full refund
- ✅ A free reschedule to another night (your choice)
4. How to Request a Refund or Change
To request a reschedule or refund (if eligible), please contact our support team:

- Deadline: Please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled crawl.
Include:
- Full name
- Date of booking
- Reason for request
- Proof (if applicable)
5. Refund Processing
If approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
- The amount will be returned to your original payment method
- We do not cover fees charged by banks or third-party payment providers
6. Important Notes
- Refunds are not available for dissatisfaction due to personal expectations, delays, or missed venues due to late arrival.
- We are not responsible for denied entry to venues due to intoxication, dress code violations, or failure to bring valid ID.
- You are responsible for arriving on time to the meeting point listed in your confirmation email.
