Please read these Terms & Conditions before booking or attending any event hosted by 12AM NIGHTLIFE. By accessing our website or joining a pub crawl, you agree to the following terms in compliance with Spanish law.

1. Who We Are

12AM NIGHTLIFE is a nightlife event organizer based in Madrid.

2. Eligibility to Participate

To join our events, you must:

• Be 18 years or older (legal drinking age in Spain)
• Bring a valid photo ID (passport or EU national ID)
• Follow our safety and behavior guidelines
• Arrive sober and capable of safely participating

We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove guests who violate these conditions. In such cases, we do not offer refunds.

3. Booking and Payment

You can book your spot through our official website or trusted partners.

• All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes.
• We process payments securely using trusted platforms like Stripe and PayPal.
• Once you complete your payment, we’ll email you a booking confirmation with event details.

4. What’s Included

Your pub crawl ticket typically includes:

• Entry to 3–5 curated venues
• Free welcome shots
• A local nightlife host
• Skip-the-line club access
• Exclusive drink deals (when available)

Please note: exact perks may vary depending on the night.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

We operate a no-refund policy unless we cancel the event ourselves.

However, if you contact us more than 24 hours in advance, we may be able to reschedule your booking. This is subject to availability.

In case of emergencies or force majeure, please email us with proof, and we’ll review your case individually.

6. Event Conduct

To ensure a fun and safe experience for everyone, guests must:

• Follow instructions from our guides
• Respect local laws and venue rules
• Avoid dangerous, offensive, or disruptive behavior
• Stay with the group unless given permission to leave

If someone breaks these rules, we will remove them from the crawl without refund. We prioritize everyone’s safety and comfort.

7. Alcohol and Liability

You’re responsible for your own alcohol intake. We are not liable for:

• Intoxication
• Denied club entry
• Lost personal items
• Injuries from risky behavior

Venues serve alcohol independently. For this reason, they may refuse entry or service at their discretion.

8. Changes to the Event

We may need to adjust the crawl schedule or venue list due to:

• Club closures
• Public events
• Weather conditions
• Transportation strikes or delays

In these cases, we’ll do our best to replace any affected locations with equal or better alternatives. We appreciate your understanding.

9. Photography and Promotion

We often capture content during our crawls for marketing purposes.

By attending, you consent to appearing in photos or videos used in our promotional materials.

If you prefer not to appear, just let your guide know at the beginning of the night.

10. Intellectual Property

All branding, media, and content on our website belong to 12AM NIGHTLIFE.

You may not copy, reproduce, or use our materials without permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain.

Any legal disputes must be settled in the courts of Madrid.
