At 12AM NIGHTLIFE, we care about your safety β but we also want to be transparent about the risks that come with nightlife activities. By purchasing a ticket or attending any of our events, you voluntarily agree to this Waiver of Liability in full.
This document limits our legal liability. Please read it carefully before joining a pub crawl.
1. Voluntary Participation & Assumption of Risk
By attending a 12AM NIGHTLIFE event, you confirm that:
- You are participating voluntarily and at your own risk
- You understand the nature of pub crawls involves alcohol, crowded venues, and physical movement between locations
- You are physically and mentally fit to participate
We make every effort to ensure safety, but as with any social nightlife event, there are inherent risks beyond our control.

2. Health & Alcohol Responsibility
All participants are expected to:
- Drink responsibly and know their personal limits
- Avoid consuming substances that impair judgment
- Not arrive already intoxicated (entry may be denied)
- Bring any necessary medication (e.g., inhalers, EpiPens) if applicable
We are not liable for issues related to alcohol consumption or health conditions aggravated during the crawl.

3. Venue Liability & Entry
Venues we visit are independent establishments. They enforce their own rules and may deny entry based on:
- Age
- Dress code
- Behavior
- Intoxication level
12AM NIGHTLIFE cannot be held responsible for venue decisions, lost items, denied entry, or anything that occurs once inside a third-party location.
4. Personal Belongings
You are fully responsible for your own property. We recommend bringing only essentials and avoiding expensive items.
Lost or stolen belongings are not covered by us or by the venues. That includes:
- Phones
- Wallets
- Cameras
- Coats/bags
5. Behavioral Agreement & Removal Rights
We reserve the right to remove any participant from the event β without refund β if they:
- Act aggressively
- Disrespect staff, guides, or other guests
- Harass others
- Violate safety rules
- Cause damage or create legal risk
This policy exists to protect all attendees and staff.
6. Photography & Media
By attending our events, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes.
However, you may opt out by notifying our guide before the crawl begins.

7. Legal Release
By attending any 12AM NIGHTLIFE event, you:
- Release 12AM NIGHTLIFE and its employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners from all liability for injury, loss, damages, or legal claims arising from your participation
- Understand this release applies to both known and unknown risks
- Agree that any dispute shall be settled under the laws of Spain, in the courts of Madrid
